Meet The Team

Meredith has been on the Chi Alpha staff team since 2015 and now gets the privilege of co-directing the ministry with her husband Brandon. She cares deeply about understanding people's stories and loves learning about what brought them to where they are today. In her free time she loves spending quality time with her family and friends.

Brandon graduated from Central with a degree in film studies and has been serving on the Chi Alpha staff team ever since. He and his wife Meredith have the privilege of co-directing the ministry together. Brandon is passionate about many things including the Seahawks, reading, spending time with his family, and most of all Jesus.

Shana graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Elementary Education. She shares a deep passion for Jesus and for supporting college students as they explore their faith. Shana thrives on outdoor adventures, savoring good meals, and making others feel welcome. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and spending meaningful time with friends.

Tim is a graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Music. He is passionate about Jesus and loves walking alongside college students, especially those discovering faith for the first time. Tim enjoys outdoor adventures, good food, and creating spaces where people feel at home. In his free time, you’ll often find him playing Spikeball or sharpening his skills in a game of chess.

Kennedy graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management. Jesus shaped her life greatly during college, and she’s passionate about walking alongside students as He shapes their lives too. Some of her favorite things (besides Jesus) are music, photography, embroidery, reading - and spending time with friends and family!

DJ graduated from CWU in 2022; earning a degree in Aviation Management. He joined Chi Alpha Staff in 2025, and he’s passionate about helping college students encounter both Jesus and the Bible. Jesus transformed his life in college, and he loves seeing Jesus transform the lives of students as they discover Him. DJ enjoys frisbee, airplanes, and outdoor activities, especially paddle boarding/kayaking.

Melissa was immensely impacted by Jesus in college and because of this wants to help other students get to know Jesus too. Melissa love the Sounders, Zelda, Marvel movie nights, and going on walks!
